Our policy lasts 7 days after delivery. If 7 days after delivery have gone by, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Products like UNDERWEAR, SWIMWEAR, LINGERIE, BRAS, PANTIES, AFRICAN CLOTHING, AND MEN'S SUITS.  

To start a return:

  • Click Return My Order 
  • Type the email address associated with your order. 
  • When you enter your email address,  you will receive an email with a one-time, 6-digit code that you need to enter to log in.
  • Select the product that you wish to return.
  • Indicate the reason for returning the item.
  • Once your Return Request is reviewed and approved (usually within 2 *business days), you will receive an email with a return label.  If your Return Request is declined, you will be notified via email.
  • Once you receive the return label, please note that you have 7 Business days to return the product.

Please note that return approval is not automatic. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label (European customers) and for international customers, we will send you the return instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will NOT be accepted.

If you are shipping an item over US$70, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please note that shipping charges are NOT refundable.



If in any case the shipping address you provided while placing the order was incorrect or you moved from that address, you need to contact us right away before the order is shipped out. 

After the order has been shipped, it will not be possible for us to change the address, but you have the possibility to contact the carrier either by telephone or through their website to change the address or reschedule the delivery to your correct address.  Please note that some carriers may charge for this service.

Any orders returned due to an incorrect address, or the address does not exist, or the receiver was unavailable will incur charges.  Shipping carriers like DHL, UPS, FedEx, and USPS usually charge a minimum of 39 USD.

PS: It would be best to register on our website or download the tracking application to keep track of your orders.

This does not include any custom checks/clearance delays. Custom checks are random and may delay the parcel delivery period.



Please note that some items may be out of stock, in this case, the customer will be notified.  Orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours. In a few exceptions, a 5% fee will be charged. No cancellations will be made after an item has been shipped - No exceptions.

To cancel within 24 hours, please send an email to, indicating your name and order number and the item you wish to cancel.


We will notify you within 2-3 *business days once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If your refund is approved: -

  • The return shipping fee is deducted from your refund.
  • You’ll be automatically refunded less the return costs on your original payment method within 15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

  • Shipping is non-refundable.
  • By using the provided return waybill you consent to the deduction of the shipping cost from your refund.

PLEASE NOTE THAT CUSTOM-MADE OR TAILOR-MADE CLOTHING IS NOT REFUNDABLE NOR EXCHANGEABLE.  This affects mainly men's suits and African clothing.  These products are customized to the size provided and therefore NOT refundable NOR exchangeable.

Late or missing refunds 
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (such as custom/tailor-made products, swimwear, bras, underwear, socks, or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
